History

SENSA is a 1937 International 5 Metre designed by Erik Nielsen and built in Sweden at Kungsor Batwarv. During the 1950's SENSA was registered under the name of SJOSVALLA until 2001. She had an impressive racing career in Sweden and since then has been based in Britain. There are only a few 5-Meters left sailing as the class ( designed in 1936) was largely superseded by the 5.5- Meters introduced after WWII.
