Stored at Eyemouth. The Umla is a large beach launched fishing boat from the Bhatinah Coast of the Gulf of Oman. This boat was built in 1969 and was found by Mr George Chapman, and presented to the charity by him on behalf of Gray, Mackenzie & Co. Ltd., Dubai. Recorded in full detail. LKB.
A rare survivor unique in the UK and very scarce in its country of origin. GH 28Nov 16 Sold at EISCA Auction 26/07/2017 to Omani interests.
