History
The builder and date of build of NOEL are unknown. She was designed especially for camping and is probably unique on the Thames. From 1948 to 1987 she was owned by Miss Lily Grace Meadows, who for nearly forty years from 1948 sculled her on an annual camping cruise including the Henlet Royal Regatta. She was given to present owner in 1987 and is now used extensively on the Thames. August 2009
