History
BLACK SWAN is a small double ended canvas on wood lath craft probably built as a childrens boat for Frederick Wynn's family and kept at the family estate at Glynllifon in a miniature boathouse on the river Llifon in front of the house adjacent to the lake. Frederick Wynn inherited the family estate in 1889 and BLACK SWAN was part of his collection of small boats of which he was very fond. GH Oct 2012
