History
LIGHT was built at Rosehearty, Moray about 1906. This type of boat was used for line fishing for white fish from an open beach or small harbour. LIGHT fished out of Boddam and Aberdeen and also possibly did a bit of pilot work around Boddam and Peterhead. Latterly she was used as a pleasure boat for day sailing around the coast of Fife. She is currently on display at the Scottish Fisheries Museum, Anstruther. January 2010 (Archive)
