History
This 14ft 7in dinghy was built by Brockman and Titman at Margate in 1937. She was one of the smallest boats in the Dunkirk evacuation: she was towed across and used to ferry men from the beaches to larger craft offshore and survived to be hauled back to Britain by a Belgium trawler. In 1981 she was restored by her owner, Mr Ralph Bennett, and presented to the Imperial War Museum, and is now on show in the large exhibition hall at the Lambeth premises in South London October 2009
