History

PIKE was built by ANDREWS of Maidenhead in 1899 as part of their electric boat fleet. In 1937 she was purchased by Goldings of Windsor who may have converted her to petrol power. In 1996 she was purchased by Richard Leason who had her restored by Bennett of Laleham when a saloon was fitted. Purchased by her present owner in 2002, PIKE now is powered by a LYNCH 36 volt D C electric motor. August 2009
