History
RUBY is believed to have been built about 1910 and may be a very early Bembridge Redwing Class yacht. She raced in Chichester Harbour during the 1950’s under the name ALAN. In the 1970’s she moved to the Medway, in mid 1990’s to Maldon, Essex and in 2000 to West Mersea for restoration. October 2008 (Archive)
